This is a pretty, detached house on the edge of Moissac Bellevue. It is in a quiet secluded area of the village, and has a private enclosed garden, with fruit trees and a shady terrace. The house is nicely decorated and equipped.

Living/dining room: Dining for up to 10 people and plenty of comfortable seating with sofabed (for two additional people) and easy chairs, coffee table, and large log fire, TV/DVD and CD player. From here there are french windows that lead to the garden and the terrace.
Bathroom: Downstairs bathroom with separate toilet, with shower room and additional toilet upstairs.
Bedrooms: Downstairs there is a twin bedded room and a double and second twin bedded room upstairs.
Outside: Enclosed garden with lawns, fruit trees and barbecue and a shady terrace area for dining or just enjoying a cool drink. Sun loungers and garden furniture.
Suitability: non smoking, suitable for elderly, Pets welcome as enclosed garden.
Local Area DetailsMoissac Bellevue is a small village between Aups and Regusse. It is a hilltop village with an altitude of 600m. From the village and the house you have magnificent views of the valley surrounding the village.
The village has kept its true Provencal atmosphere with cobblestone streets, steep stairways and vaulted ochre houses. There is also a campanile, a magnificent fountain and a 12th century chapel.

A security deposit of Euro 1000 is required on arrival.
Electricity and water are included in the rental price.
Bed Linen and Towels can also be supplied on request for Euro 15 per bed and Euro 8 per person, per week.
