Property Details

Our spacious, air conditioned home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The deck area has plenty of room for sun loungers around the 30ft x 15ft pool.

The home is ideally situated for the major Theme parks and other popular attractions.

Our fully equipped kitchen has all you need. A large fridge/freeze with ice-maker, large oven with grill, microwave, toaster, coffee filter, waste disposal unit and most importantly a dishwasher.

The kitchen is complete with all the utensils, crockery and glasses that you could possibly need. The breakfast area has table and chairs.

Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.


Bedrooms -
No:1. (17ft x 14ft) The master bedroom comes complete with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is direct access to the sundeck via the bathroom . A queen size bed and also a further television with dvd/video.

No:2. (11ft x 11ft) This twin bedded room has a large fitted wardrobe and access to the second bathroom.

No:3. (11ft x 10ft) Twin bedded room with large fitted wardrobe. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, lamps and mirrors.
Additionally available is a cot, high chair and playpen for our younger guests.

Bathrooms -
No:1. The large en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with a, toilet and separate large walk-in shower cubicle. There are two vanity sinks with lighted mirrors, complete with hair dryers and towels.

No: 2. The second bathroom, has a bath with shower, toilet and hand basin and also comes with a hair dryer.

Sun Deck & Pool
The sun deck is fully screened to enable you to have that Florida tan without having to worry about any unwanted flying insects bothering you!. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to relax on before or after a dip in the pool.

The pool itself is large (30ft x 15ft) the deep end is 6ft and the shallow end is 3ft, which has gentle steps to enter. If you fancy a late swim, no problem, turn on the underwater lights and enjoy yourselves! The pool can be heated (normally recommended between October and April for comfortable swimming) for an additional charge.

There is also a gas barbeque, and in Florida you don't have to hope for sunshine, you could barbeque every day! Within Indian Ridge there is a community area. Which includes a large swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball pitch, children's play area and a football and baseball field. Locally there are so many golf courses that you will be spoilt for choice.
