Our villa is on the new and exclusive development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.
This prestigious community has a gated entrance and planned lake front facilities, including clubhouse, picnic area and watersports.
The villa has a pool and is on a quiet corner plot in the development.
The property offers very spacious accommodation and has been finished to a high standard, both inside and out.
It is fully air-conditioned, with cable TV and wireless internet access.
The large, Curved L shaped pool also includes a spa tub, very useful for unwinding after a hard day on your feet.
The pool deck has been extended, allowing plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a covered lanai (porch) with ceiling fan, for when you need to get out of the Florida sun and cool down.
Pool furniture is provided in terms of table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There is a removable safety barrier to stop young children getting access to the pool unsupervised.
The property is full air conditioned and has a fully equiped heating system.
Main Bedrooms
All of the rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.
There are two master bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes.
The main master bedroom has One King size bed and the second master bedroom has One Queen bed.
The main master bedroom is equiped with a television.
Both also feature separate doors to the pool area, so you can enjoy an early morning dip without disturbing the rest of the family.
The master bathroom is the height of luxury, with a large tub, walk in shower and two wash basins.
There are two further bedrooms, which share the third bathroom.
Both bedrooms feature twin beds.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental charge.
The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances and everything you could need, including fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer.
All crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and utensils are provided.
Alongside the kitchen is a large dining area if you want to have a family meal out of the sun.
There is also a breakfast nook-seating area.
The spacious family room has large sliding doors that open out to the pool deck and lanai.
It has cable TV and DVD player and a large sofa that converts to a bed if required.
Broadband wireless internet access is also available, so you can surf the web and pick up e-mails if necessary
Local Area DetailsCalabay Parc at Tower Lake is located just off Highway 27.
It is about 5 minutes from the I4 at junction 55.
It is very close to a Wal-Mart Supercentre and two championship golf courses.
There are other local shops close by including Blockbusters for all your entertainment needs.

| Rental rates include US sales tax. All linen and towels are included. The villa has a telephone for which there is free unlimited local calls. The telephone has a data port for internet connection at no additional charge. We use a system of security deposits. The security deposit is $400. If all is well following your rental, $400 will be refunded. Should there be any damage following your rental then the security deposit will be used to make good the villa. We do reserve the right to make an additional charge should the security deposit be insufficient. Pool heating is recommended for all bookings from 31st October to 31st March. This is currently $34 per night including tax. For holidays of less than 6 nights there will be a cleaning charge of $107 added to the rental charge including tax. There are optional items that can be rented at an additional charge for your use during your stay including BBQ, high chairs etc |
