It is a charming Provencal villa with all comfort at the Gulf of St. Tropez. It is situated in a very quiet setting at the creek Preconil and is still only 3 kilometres from the centre of Sainte-Maxime and from the beach. The house offers a lovely living room, dining area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an additional bed on an open gallery, two bathrooms and a separate WC all decorated in the typical Provencal style. From the dining area, you have direct access to the terrace with a barbeque area and the garden which ends at the Preconil. Between the entrance and the garage there is a patio offering shade in the summer heat. To cool down you can use a large common pool.
Local Area DetailsSainte-Maxime is situated at the Gulf of St. Tropez just opposite the city of St. Tropez (which can ideally be reached by Ferry) and in close proximity of Port Grimaud and Les Issambres. The famous villages of Ramatuelle and Haut Grimaud as well as the beaches at the Golf of St. Tropez are all within easy reach. Sainte-Maxime itself is a charming little Provencal city with narrow alleyways and old houses offering lots of restaurants and shops.
