It has a lounge equipped with a large tv with sky,dvd player and hifi system.The dining room has a very airy feeling with adequate seating around a large granite table.
The office has an internet connection and an enormous collection of dvd's.
The kitchen and utility area are equipped with fridge,freezer,microwave,dish washer,water cooler, and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a large balcony offering beautiful sea views.
Downstairs to the front of the property is a veranda which offers shade from the tropical sun.
To the rear is a swimming pool with a large patio area with a brick built bbq.
A maid service can be provided locally to do cooking and cleaning if required
Local Area DetailsItamaraca is a very quiet beautiful island connected to the main land by a road bridge.The location is ideal for a relaxing tropical break.
To the side of the property are a couple of beach bars which serve brilliant over baked fresh fish.The local supermarket is only 150 metres away on the main road and has an excellent selection of products.
To the south of the island is a historic fort (forte orange) which was built by the dutch.
It overlooks a small exotic tropical island which can only be reached by boat.
The nearest city is Recife 40 Mins away by car here there are excellent large shopping malls and superb restaurants catering for all different tastes.
