Our private villa is particularly suitable for children as the pool area is walled and gated. As with a villa in large grounds the pool area, sun terrace and master bedroom terrace offers complete privacy.
All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and all openings have Mosquito netting so the louvre shutters can be locked at night leaving the windows and patio doors open to keep the villa cool when necessary.

Ground Floor Entrance with w.c/cloaks, split level lounge/dining area with logburner fireplace, additional heaters are provided for our winter guests.
One twin bedroom and one double bedroom both enjoying en-suite bathrooms and large fitted wardrobes with drawers. There is a spare TV in the twin bedroom so the kids can take their Playstations and connect up and away they go!

The Kitchen has a double sink drainer with marble surround and new worktops have been fitted. There is a washing machine, Family size fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, lots of cutlery and cups, glasses etc, and a large selection of cooking utensils, sufficient to prepare a dinner party for 6 Adults.

The lounge has a 21" Colour TV, with SKY/Digital connection, video library and portable CD/Tape player, comfortable 3 & 2 seater settee's with a nest of three tables for coffee cups etc situated around a log fire.
The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs and sideboard.

The master bedroom is reached via a marble staircase with en-suite bathroom and a large fitted wardrobe with drawers.
Walk through the sliding doors to a large two sided sun terrace with table and chairs benefiting from lovely panoramic countryside and distant sea views overlooking the large south facing secluded terrace with 8 x 4 Metre kidney shaped private pool and covered terrace for alfresco dinning. Near the car parking area there is a BBQ with ceramic tiled benches and table for the men to provide the cuisine!

You will enjoy wonderful sunsets, especially from the master bedroom terrace where you can sit around the table with a glass of wine and take in the superb views, when the sun goes down the beautiful decorative outside lighting all around the villa carries on the theme.

This is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, sit or sunbathe around our lovely clear swimming pool.
The sun shines here almost all of the time and there is nothing better on a hot day than taking a dip in the pool to cool off.

Our managers live nearby and they know all the best places to go in the Algarve and are only to happy to help you.
We have had excellent guests who have respected our villa.

Local Area Details

Our Villa is situated in a superb location, only 5 Km's from Junction 15 of the A22 motorway and enjoys the beautiful tranquillity of the unspoilt Eastern Algarve countryside midway between the lovely old town of Tavira and the city of Faro in the small village of Lagoao near Moncarapacho.
This very quiet and unspoilt area with it's rolling hills and sea views still enjoys the traditional way of life where the local farmers can be seen transporting their goods via horse and cart.

A non-overlooked spacious private villa in it's own grounds of approximately 2000m2 in an elevated secluded position enjoying distant sea views with Pine trees to the rear and fruit trees to the front and sides of the property.

For those not wishing to venture too far, there is a Bar/Restaurant and a mini-market within 300 metres of the Villa.
Our small market town of Moncarapacho has a beautiful square where you can enjoy a meal and a drink or two with the locals, it's Bars and Restaurants serve excellent and reasonably priced food (It is much cheaper than to the west of Faro).
Here you will also find banks, post office, chemist, doctors, 3-4 Mini Markets and a large supermarket.

Our local Beach Island of Fuzeta (4Kms) is one of the best in the Algarve and a 'Must' day out. The Islands of Culattra, Armona and Farol can be reached by Olhao (4Km’s) and the little known beach of Faro Island is worth a visit.

Supreme Golf courses such as Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Benamor, Quinta da Ria/Cima and Castro Marim are all within 30 minutes of the Villa.
The new watershoot park in Loule is only 25 Minutes away and is great fun!

The Ria Formosa Nature Park is a gateway to discovering the marvellous world of fauna and flora that lives in this part of the Algarve coast, a bird watchers paradise which is only ten minutes away.

We have a number of excellent markets nearby (a detailed list will be in the villa) where you can pick up some real bargains.
On the first Sunday of the month, it is in our local village of Moncarapacho, just a short walk away.
There is also an interesting car-boot near the beach of Fuzeta where you will find some unusual items.
Ayamonte, 35mins (the Spanish border) town has a similar market every Saturday.

Tourist resort towns with entertainment, bars, restaurants and casinos only a 15 - 40 minute drive away (depending which town you would like to visit).

Finally, For those of you who do not want to just stay on the beach or by the pool and want to see more of the original Algarve then a circular drive through Moncarapacho, Estói, Olhão and Tavira is well worth doing. Again with the A22 link this makes a good half day visit from the more touristy areas.
