Throughout the city you will find a large selection of bars, from lively noisy ones to quiet ones where you can sit and enjoy a quiet, relaxing time. There is an abundance of night clubs in the city suitable for anyone out to have a good time. There is an excellent bus service in Edinburgh, and being 5 minute walk from the heart of the city a large selection of buses is available to all other parts of the city, or towns outside. There are also many city cabs available. Edinburgh is full of bars, night clubs, theatres, shops and cinemas. Edinburgh castle is a 5 minute walk from the flat, with the beautiful Princes Street gardens lying below it. Edinburgh airport is just a few kilometers from the heart of the city, and there are taxis always available or a bus service to take you to the centre of the town. Edinburgh enjoys many public parks scattered around the city. The most spectaular of them all is the Botanic Gardens, which would be a 10 minute bus journey to reach. Close to hand, in the Grassmarket, there is a choice of having a simple meal served in any of the nearby charming pubs, American pizzas or Italian to a more sophisticated meal on the 5th floor of the Apex Hotel, which offers fantastic views of the castle. The city can be quite congested at certain times of the day, but if you are arriving by car there is meter parking outside the flat or a car park just a few hundred meters away. There are large, out of town shopping centres around the city, one in the heart of the town at the end of Princes Street and a large selection of shops in the city centre.
