Our beautiful FULLY AIRCONDITIONED apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), lounge / dining area, fully fitted separate kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shady balcony and a roof terrace with spectacular mountain and sea views across the bay of Alicante.
The bedrooms both have fully fitted wardrobes and CEILING FANS.
The lounge also has a CEILING FAN as well as sofas, a dining table, SATELLITE TV and CD/Radio as well as an assortment of paperback books and boardgames for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker as well as a full range of utensils.
The lounge leads out onto the balcony which has table and chairs and is perfect for breakfast or relaxing with a good book.
For topping up that tan, from the balcony take the stairs up to the extensive private roof solarium which contains sun loungers, table and chairs, 2 parasols, plants and a BBQ (for al fresco dining!) and is FULLY LIT AT NIGHT - with beautiful views and SUN ALL DAY ROUND!
The nearest lovely private pool (accessed by a key) is 50 yards away and has a separate children’s section as well as a lifeguard from July - September.
Obviously we supply heaters for winter lets. All linen and (non beach towels) are provided as is a maid service between lets.
