Dear Berlin Visitors! This holiday apartment has got 4 rooms (110 sq),
8 sleeping-accomodations, cable TV and HiFi. The kitchen is completely
fit up with dish- washer and gas-stove. The bath-room is equipped with
bath, washing-machine and drier - suitable for a longer stay.
On a south balcon of 10 sq big you can enjoy the view on a parc and
have a marvellous breakfast there.
The flat has got four single beds which you can put very easily
together and get double-beds. There is also a real double bed and to
robust sofas which you can turn down. So in day time the beautiful
room can be used very well als a living-room with HiFi and cable TV.
A high-light is the big loggia to south direction where you can relax
from the bustle in the city - there is no car any more; in springtime
2006 there will be growing out a parc in the triangle between
Oranienburger Straße, Große Hamburger Straße and Krausnickstraße.!
In the same house there is a bar called "Fire Bar", a Lounge Bar in the
styling of Berlin Underground which serves also for reception and
house bar, open daily from 20 p.m.
This holiday apartment ia real dream apartment in the first floor of a
sanitated old building five minutes far from Hackescher Markt.
Local Area DetailsThe
Krausnickstraße is one of the most quiet streets in Mitte though
metropole life is exploding near by. Within a quarter of an hour you
will arrive at Alexanderplatz or Brandenburger Tor and Reichstag to
thethe opposite direction. In a distance of 300 metres there is the
Bodemuseum (Museumsinsel) and the oldest Beach bar of Berlin called
Strandbad Mitte at the Spree.
In the same building there is also a THREE-ROOM HOLIDAY
APARTMENT for up to 6 persons. Both apartments can be as well
booked together for up to 14 persons.
