The upper floor has a very large kitchen and dining area, a large living room and the master bedroom and bath. The lower floor has two cute bedrooms, a bath and a wonderful golf theme family room with a brand new sleeper sofa. Each floor has its own large deck.
It is definitely a home for any season. In the winter, you will find that it is only 1.5 miles from skiing at Ski Beech. In the summer, THIS LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER! This home is very close (0.1 to 0.2 miles) to the Beech Mountain Club which includes an olympic size swimming pool(open Memorial Day -Labor Day) and tennis courts. The home is also only a short drive to Beech Mtn. Golf Course (open May -Oct). Just a short distance from the home you can enjoy relaxing Lake Coffey where you can walk around the lake, play basketball or picnic year round.
A small dog would be considered.
