Skiview Mountain House Efficiency is an adorable rental just right for a couple any season of the year.
This very efficient rental has a queen size bed and a dining table and two chairs. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster so you can cook if you wish. There is also a nicely furnished deck with a grill for your convenience. You will also enjoy the cool mountain air when lazing in the hammock on those wonderful summer days on Beech Mountain.
This cute little place also has a TV with DVD and cable as well as wireless hookup for your laptop. It also has such extras as an ironing board and iron and hair dryer so all you need to bring is your suitcase and groceries.
Beech Mountain Club guest privileges also come along with this rental so in the summer you have access to the swimming, outstanding golf, tennis, fitness and dining offered at the Beech Mountain Club.
Skiview Mountain House Efficiency is located only 3 houses away from one of the slopes and Lift #1 on Beech Mountain. This makes it great for those avid skiers who don't want to drive to the slopes Just walk or ski over the 100 yards to the slope at the end of the street and either take the lift up the mountain from there or ski the 150 yards down to the ski village to get the quad lift.
This adorable 1 BR, 1 bath efficiency is located on the lower level of the home we call Skiview Mountain House (the Main House is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home and has a totally different entrance on the side) and is totally separate from this efficiency. If someone wants to rent both the efficiency and the main home, the price for the efficiency would be reduced by 25% (together they would sleep 11).
