Skiview Mountain House is located only 3 houses away from one of the slopes and Lift #1 on Beech Mountain. This makes it great for those avid skiers who don't want to drive to the slopes Just walk or ski over the 100 yards to the slope at the end of the street and either take the lift up the mountain from there or ski the 150 yards down to the ski village to get the quad lift. You can enjoy a view of skiers from the property since it is so close to the slope.
This 3 BR home has great "toys" such as a 42" Plasma TV in the living room, and each bedroom has a TV with DVD player. There is a Playstation 2 and a desktop computer with DSL hookup. There is also wireless access for your own laptop as well as a fax machine.
You will love "chilling out" or maybe warming up on the leather sofa in front of the handy gas log fireplace while enjoying the large screen TV.
In the warmer months you will love sitting out on the decks or taking a snooze in the hammock. The new deck furniture is very comfortable and the grill is ready for those hamburgers or steaks.
This is a super home for two families since two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has two sets of bunks and a pull out so it sleeps 9in all. If your group is larger, then you might want to rent the Skiview Mtn House Efficiency as well. This would sleep two more although it does not have direct access to the house. You would receive a discount on the Efficiency when renting it along with the house.
In the summer you will appreciate the fact that this great home has Beech Mountain Club guest privileges for access to swimming, golf, tennis, dining, and fitness as well as organized youth activities.
