You will love this cozy, well-decorated townhouse winter or summer. After a day on the slopes you will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and then curling up in front of the wood burning fireplace. The living room is very comfortable with a loveseat as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This main level also contains a half bath and dining area in addition to the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining area has sliding glass doors leading to the deck which has a gas grill for those family cookouts. The view is toward the slopes and ski area. Should be a good winter view when the snow flies.

Downstairs on the entry level there are two bedrooms and a full bath as well as the laundry area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is complete with a TV with cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with cable. The bedrooms share a full bath. Sliding doors lead to a second private deck that houses the 4 person hot tub.

Can't bear to leave Fido at home? You may request permission to bring a medium size, very well-behaved dog with you under certain conditions. Arrangements must be made in advance and proper deposits paid.

The proximity to the slopes of this townhouse makes it great for skiiers but also provides some great summer walks as well. Summer is great in this lovely townhouse since there is air conditioning for those rare days when one might need it on Beech which is naturally cool. In summer you can also take advantage of the Beech Mountain Club guest privileges for swimming, golf, tennis, and fine dining. (There are charges associated with club use.)
This townhouse is only 0.2 mile from our #20 Charter Hills Choice and less than 0.4 mile from #2 Apple Chalet 2 for larger groups that want to be near each other.
It is also walking distance to #44 and #46 Skiview Mtn House and Efficiency.
