This beautiful chalet (owned by the Kranz's) is located on Charter Hills Road on Beech Mountain. This chalet sleeps 8 to 10. On the main floor, it has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The 4th bedroom is a large, attractively furnished LOFT that includes 2 double beds, a foosball table, and TV with VCR. The living room has cathedral ceilings and a huge 2-story stone fireplace (Owner supplies firewood). The chalet has berber carpet throughout and all the wood trim is painted hunter green. The chalet is very light and bright. Each bedroom has a TV (5 total).
This home has Beech Mountain Club membership which is important in the summer and fall. You can purchase an unaccompanied guest pass for $4 per day or $15 per week that allows you to swim in the olympic size heated swimming pool at the rec center. For an additional fee you can golf on the exclusive private Beech Mtn. Golf Course, play tennis at the many tennis courts or dine in the Clubhouse. Year round you can use the fitness center and massage therapy at the club for a fee.
It is approximately 1.5 miles from Ski Beech Ski Resort. It has a beautiful winter view.
