Palm Terrace is in a brand new Caribbean style gated resort situated in Terrace Ridge Circle, Davenport, Florida.
We are in an ideal location close to all the major attractions with Disney less than 15 minutes away.
Champions gate where you can find shops and restaurants is approximately 1 mile away and the 192 where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops is less than 10 minutes. For golf lovers there are plenty of golf courses within easy reach and for those wanting a bit of fun there is always the crazy golf.
Our luxurious 1554 sq ft self-catering, ground floor condo has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 people. We have a strict no smoking and no pets’ policy.

Our home has been furnished to the highest of standards and we hope you will be very comfortable during your stay. We employ a professional management company who offer 24/7 emergency assistance.
RESORT FACILITIES:
The resort clubhouse has a pleasant lounge area with comfortable seating areas and a plasma television and kitchen area. There is a games room and fitness center also with plasma televisions.
There is a community heated swimming pool and heated spa and a sand volleyball court.
Community facilities are free of charge to our guests.

Please note our rates are for the condo and not per person. The rate includes all taxes and utilities.

JANUARY - DECEMBER
$650 PER WEEK
XMAS - 18th December to 4th January
$850 per week
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a $75/£40 one off cleaning charge.
A non-refundable booking fee of $200(£100)per week is due together with the completed and signed booking form.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the departure date and any booking made within this period is due in full with the booking form.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 10 weeks prior to departure - loss of reservation deposit.
4-10 weeks prior to departure - 50% of rental charge.
Up to 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of rental charge.
A refundable security deposit of $350 (£200) must be paid along with the balance payment. The deposit will be refunded to the client within 28 days of the property being vacated and having been checked by our management company.
