It is ideal for larger parties to enjoy a holiday in luxurious spacious accomodation whilst having the privacy of their own grounds and pool.

The approach is via its own gates across a gravelled area leading up to the white marble steps and large open domed porch.
Inside there is a spacious lounge with comfortable leather furniture and a working marble and stone fireplace. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, and CD music player.
Double doors lead onto the large rear covered terrace overlooking the pool.
continuing from the lounge there is a large dining kitchen with ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with black granite worktops, plenty of storage space, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher etc. The dining area has a table and seating.
Off the kitchen is a utility room room with washing machine etc.
There are 2 twin bedrooms in a separate wing on the ground floor, with a large family bathroom. Both bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is an occasional bed for extra adults and a cot and high-chair for babies.
Upstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms, each one has en-suite facilities, fitted wardrobes, and direct access via double doors onto the very large upper terrace and solarium with patio furniture.
There is a large covered rear terrace for open air dining in the shade with a table and seating for 9, this can be accessed from both lounge and kitchen.
Below this is a large open terrace for sun-bathing, and then the mosaic-tiled 10 m. x 6m. pool with integral seating and pool shower. The pool is surrounded by paving and a desert garden area. A spiral staircase leads up from the covered dining terrace onto the upper terraces.
The terrace areas are well equipped with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers.
As well as the dining area, there is a separate area of the covered terrace which has occasional rattan furniture and a table football machine, and a large built-in barbecue nearby.

The area immediately surrounding the estate is a quiet, sleepy landscape of orange and lemon groves with a relatively small number of houses, mainly old and inhabited by locals.

This area of Spain is noted for its consistently warm and dry weather and its miles of relatively uncrowded beaches. There are also plenty of bars and excellent restaurants all along the coast, from the holiday resort area of Mojacar Playa to the bustling, very Spanish, seaside port of Garrucha and its famous seafood restaurants and Friday market. Both these resorts are approximately 15 minutes drive away. Here you will find some of the best blue flag sandy beaches in Europe many still uncrowded even in August, and miles of interesting coastline.

For families the Vera water park is on the doorstep literally only 10-15 minutes or so by car. Further afield there are the "Mini Hollywood" attractions towards Almeria.

For golfers there are three 18 hole golf courses nearby. The world class desert course at Desert Springs, the new and demanding Valle Del Este course (both within 10 minutes drive), the Levante Almeriense course at Marina Golf Mojacar overlooking the sea. There is also close by the 9-hole Cortijo Grande course nestling at the foot of the Cabrera mountains.

The airports of Alicanteand Murcia are about 13/4 hours away and the airport at Granada is about 2hrs away. All are linked to the villa by Motorways and the villa is a 5min drive once you leave the motorway
