This newly built villa is extremely spacious and is ideally located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a short walk from the old harbour where there is an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. The golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are also within easy walking distance. The villa has three very large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the added luxury of a 6m x 4m electrically heated private swimming pool.
Local Area DetailsThe villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen and is only a ten minute walk from the picturesque old harbour. In the harbour area guests can enjoy a wide selection of bars and restaurants, including several serving excellent fish and traditional Canarian tapas. Many excursions leave from the harbour including a water taxi and a glass bottom boat. The nearest beach is approximately a fifteen minute walk from the villa and is very pretty, with golden sand and natural rock coves. Playa Chica is very popular with scuba divers and there are several dive centres located in the area. A twenty minute walk from the villa is the new Biosfera shopping centre which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The shopping centre has a children's play area for younger guests to enjoy. Only a few minutes' drive from the villa is a small, Wild West theme park which has a selection of animals for children to enjoy and is also the venue for daily parrot, eagle and alligator shows. The main street of Puerto del Carmen where there is a superb selection of shops, bars and restaurants is also within easy walking distance of the villa. A fifteen minute walk is the Fariones sports centre where more energetic guests can take part in aerobics classes or hire tennis courts. The wine growing region of La Geria is a short drive from Puerto del Carmen and there are several Bodegas where local produce can be sampled. Only a five minute drive from the villa is the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. Guests can view the fabulous selection of boats and yachts while enjoying a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants.
