The two baths are very unusual with the copper slate tiles and the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The master bath also contains an antique washbasin that has been converted into a sink. There is an antique "pie safe" that stores towels and other necessities for the bath. The loft serves as a third bedroom with two twin beds there in addition to a sofa and sitting area with another TV. The comfortable living room has a wood-burning fireplace for those cozy evenings around the fire. The owners supply the wood which you can store in the antique wood box from Texas located in the living room. It also contains the 4th TV with extended cable. There is a DVD, VCR, and portable CD in the home. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and with ceramic topped stove is very attractive as well as functional with all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder and toaster.
In the summer you will appreciate the fact that this home has Beech Mountain Club guest privileges for golf, tennis, swimming, dining and recreational activities. In the winter, it is only a short 1.5 mile drive to the slopes of Ski Beech.
