For your comfort this area is furnished with two arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, DVD player, stereo system, and dining room suite.
Kitchen/Dining Area
A newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, convection microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom
The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
Bathroom
This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

Local Area DetailsSituated in Northern Brittany, Dinan is one of the best preserved and most charming medieval towns in Europe.Dinan is the perfect base from which to explore Brittany and beautiful coastline. The old port area has a variety of restaurants and cafes overlooking the River Rance. From here, you can walk or cycle next to the river. A mile or so upriver is the ancient abbey of Lehon and heated swimming pool.
A walk up the cobbled street of Rue Du Petit Fort (where Ker Viviane is situated), will lead you to the town. This wonderfully preserved street is lined with traditional Breton style timbered houses, restaurants and artisans workshops and leads up to the old Town Gate (La Jerzual) and city walls. If you are feeling energetic, take a walk around the old walls ending in the magnificent castle dating back to the 14th century.
