Two nicely equipped Studios for each 2 (upto 4) persons in a quiet single Villa at the edge of Conil near the beach.
The Studio in the ground floor opens to the patio from which you also get to the one in the 1st floor. In the patio there is a table and 2 chairs for each Studio, the one in the first floor also has a tiny balcony with another table and chairs for two persons. From there you even got a slight sea view !
To the beach you walk through the nice urbanisation "Atalaya" in less than 5 minutes.
Both Studios have 2 single beds of 90cm x 190cm and a sleeping-couch for 2 further persons. They have a radio and CD-player, TV, air-conditioning and heating. The kitchen is provided with a dining-table for 2 persons and a micro-wave, a coffee-machine, toaster, fridge with freezer and a washing-maching. In the bathroom there is a shower.
bed-linen, towels, local taxes, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the prices.
Usual take-over-time is after 16.00h, departure should be until 11.00h.
Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed with the owner.
