The panoramic view of Sugar Mountain from this great log cabin will make you feel close to heaven in the High Country. Only two miles from the heart of Banner Elk, NC, and 4 miles from Sugar Ski Slope, this wonderful log cabin has all the "bells and whistles" to make your visit memorable. The regulation pool table and the two person hot tub on the deck will add to your enjoyment in this 2 BR, 2.5 bath log cabin that sleeps 8 to 10. The main entry is on the middle level of this three-level vacation home. The greatroom is very comfortable, and the gas log stone fireplace makes it cozy all winter. There is a sleeper sofa in the great room. The modern kitchen is open to the greatroom so preparing meals is enjoyable. This level also contains a sunroom with a wall of windows that brings the wonderful view inside. This comfortable room is the main dining area of the cabin as well. The two person hot tub is on the deck that opens from the sunroom as well as from the master BR.

One master bedroom with a king size bed is on the main level and a second master bedroom with a queen-size bed and bath are on the upper level. The upper level also has a loft with a sitting area containing a futon that opens to a full-size sleeper. Downstairs in the gameroom there is a regulation pool table as well as an additional game table for board games and cards.

This home is great getaway for winter or summer; and for the few summer days that are warm enough to use it, it also has central air-conditioning.
