Orcaville is a beautiful, family oriented pool home located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the secure gated community of Southern Dunes. Southern Dunes is a quiet residential area, located on Highway 27, 7 miles from junction 55 of the I-4. Being away from the hussle and bussle of the usual tourist areas doesn’t mean you are hours away from the fun! The theme parks are easily reached in 20 – 30 minutes whilst you can be on the beaches in just over an hour.

Having 2 master bedrooms makes it ideal for 2 families sharing or grandparents. Having the 3 bathrooms takes the frustration out of having to share a home with teenagers who spend hours in the bathroom.

The spacious open planned living area is light, airy and tastefully furnished. A cathedral ceiling adds to the feeling of space. A remote control cable TV, a portable hi-fi unit and a DVD player are there for your entertainment. DVDs can be hired from the local Blockbusters, a few minutes away. A collection of CDs are left in the house for you to enjoy.

Off the lounge area is the formal dining area. This seats 6 people in comfort. Also off the lounge is a sliding glass door that opens out onto the pool deck. Here you can enjoy the luxury of your own private pool, heated in the winter if you desire. Dine al fresco, there is a table and 4 chairs situated under the lanai for you to use.

The ultra modern kitchen has every convenience and enough crockery and cutlery for 12 settings.

Between the kitchen and lounge is the breakfast area. There’s another table and 4 chairs and they look out onto the pool. Two majestic killer whales look down on you from the wall.

All bedrooms have a TV. Master bedroom 1 has a queen bed. A Playstation 2 is discreetly housed beneath the TV in here, so you can decided if the youngsters have use of it or not. The ensuite bathroom has a door leading onto the pool deck.

The second master bedroom also has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and has been decorated with a whale and dolphin theme. Drift off to sleep while leaping dolphins and a blue whale found watch over you.

Bedroom 4 also has 2 twin beds and has an air and space theme. Above the closet is a large wooden propeller to add to the theme. Ideal for the budding aviator or astronaut.

These bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, as is a hairdryer for each bathroom.

There’s a large washer and dryer as well as a 2 cribs, a high chair and a stroller.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has the added benefit of ceiling fans as well.

There are 2 telephones with free calls locally, across the US and international.

You’re sure to have a whale of a time in Orcaville!

A Winn Dixie marketplace and 24 hour Walmart superstore are within walking distance. There is also a bank, Dollar Tree and Dollar Store in the same complex. Several fast food chains are within 5 minutes drive. A Blockbuster store, liquor store, Dairy Queen and bar are also within a short drive.

Local Area Details

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a quiet residential area situated on a PGA championship golf course. As well as the immaculate golf course, there is also the clubhouse with its excellent full service restaurant and bar, golf shop, communal pool, clubhouse with a small gym a childrens play area, free tennis courts and a fishing lake.

A Winn Dixie marketplace and 24 hour Walmart superstore are within walking distance. There is also a bank, Dollar Tree and Dollar Store in the same complex. Several fast food chains are within 5 minutes drive. A Blockbuster store, liquor store, Dairy Queen and bar are also within a short drive.

The theme parks are all within easy reach of Southern Dunes, avoiding the heavy congestion of closer properites. As well as the theme parks, Orcaville is well situated for trips to the beaches. It is very easy to get to either coast.
