Just in front of the flat there is a little garden where You can have Your meals or read a book,with a spectacular view on the seaside,Isola D'Elba, Montecristo, Corsica ecc.At less than 200 metres there is the middleage village of Campiglia Marittima, where it seems to be in the past,in the middle of real Tuscany,in the heart of Maremma.
The appartament is divided in two spaces,a bedroom and a livingroom.
Thre is the shower and a little Kitchen and a small garden-terrace.
Local Area DetailsWe are in the heart of Maremma,but at few km. from the sea;the nearest beach is at 8 km. and Isola d'Elba is at no more than 12 miles.
The region is at the moment the most important in Italy for the production of wine ( Ornellaia,Sassicaia ecc.)and oil. The landscape is very particular and the little villages on the hills,like Campiglia Marittima or Suvereto, haven't changed their structures during the centuries.
