Always mail us for availability. An earley bookings are importent people start to book early Januari. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival. Bed-linen, towels, local taxes, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the prices. Usual takeover-time is after 16.00h, departure should be until 11.00h. Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed with the owner. final cleaning of Euro 50,-. This house can only be booked during summer. Minimum rent is one week. |
