New bungalow , built in 2005, for 6 persones, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, gas central-heating. No smoking, 1 pet allowed without charge. 3 double bedrooms, one with space for additional cot ( cot and high-chair available ), 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, shower, WC, washing machine, tumbler, the other with shower and WC, ironing facilities. Towels and hairdryers provided. Separate kitchen with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, additional electric devices, lots of china, glasses, cooking utensils, tea towels. 30 m² living-/diningroom with table and 6 chairs, large sofa, satellite TV, DVD-player, CD-player, radio, new fireplace oven. Covered veranda with furniture, garage, carport. Large garden , one half of the garden around the house is entirely fenced.
The house is suitable for elderly people and people with slight handicap, as there are no stairs but 1 step at the entrance doors.
Local Area DetailsThe holiday bungalow is placed centrally in the low mountain range of the Hunsruck between the valleys of Moselle and Nahe. Luxemburg, Saarland and Alsace are within easy reach for day trips. Huge forests, moors, sparkling clear brooks and unspoilt nature are our treasures. The holiday bungalow is situated in a tiny village, ideal for hiking and relaxing " away from it all ", yet very central for touring the triangle Germany-France-Luxemburg. The Moselle ( boat trips, castles ) and the Nahe valley with excellent wines, Trier, Germany´s oldest town, Lake Bostal for swimming and surfing, copper and slate mines, Roman and celtic excavations, a summer toboggan run, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and other highlights wait to be explored.

| Daily rate in 2007 : 40 Euro for 1-2 people, each additional guest pays 6 Euro/night extra, the maximum rate for 6 people/night is 64 Euro . Towels, bed linen (beds are made on arrival), electricity, heating, water, welcome beverage included. Final cleaning included for stays of minimum 1 week, for short breaks at extra cost. Deposit of 100 Euro claimed on arrival, will be paid back on departure, if property is left without damage and litter.
To confirm a booking, 30 % of the total rental rate are charged within 14 days after reservation. this amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation, we recommend a cancellation insurance. Sorry, but we do not accept cheques or credit cards. |
