We rent our apartment in Jesolo, near Venice for short weekly stays all year round. The apartment is suitable for 4/5 people and has been newly restored, with air conditioning, and is completely equipped with bedding, towels, TV-SAT, hair dryer, iron,cooking stoves and coffee maker. Very well lighted, with a wide terrace, at only 50 mt from the beach. It’s very easy to reach Venice by the motorboat from Punta Sabbioni to S.Marcus Sq. in the heart of Venice. During the beach season, it’s included in the price the Sunshade and two deck chairs On the beach.. The rates above mentioned are to be considered as minimum rate. Please ask us the current rate for the desired period.
Special offer. Booking more then two weeks you will pay 10% less the Total Rental Amount . Normally we rent the apartment from Saturday to Saturday, but if you need to rent in other days after Saturday or before Saturday, and if the apartment is still available during those days,it's possible to find a solution. Contact us and visit our private site. We could arrange many other solutions. Saturday to Saturday rule is not applied for Christmas and Carnival period. Ask about prices for that special period. The price is for 3 people, for each extra person after 3 to 5th is charged Euro 15 daily, 100 weekly( children free of charge) . To hold a reservation we need a deposit of Euro 30%, by in international wire and a balance at your arrival. The minimum stay is 3 nights Euro 330(Euro 110x3). The price for Carnival and New Years is Euros 500 |
