Local Area DetailsIt is situated some 2 KM from Conil de la Frontera, in „La Dehesa de la Villa“, surrounded by fields and agricultural houses.
The distance to the beach is 4 KM. At the pool, of some 8 x 4 mtrs, you find enough garden furniture to relax and eat outside.
The whole plot got some 800sqmtrs, the owner is just installing the garden and lawn (Oct.05). The 20sqmtr porche is situated at the south-west part of the house, so that you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset.
