The bathroom is also fully equipped with shower, bidet etc.
In the living room you find a sofa, another one-place, dining-table with 4 chairs, SAT-TV and a closed fireplace.
You have one bedroom with a double-bed and one bedroom with two single beds, each nicely furnished with inbuilt wardrobes.
The house has a nice porche with 4 wooden teak-chairs and table. The pool of 5 x 10 mtrs has an outdoor-shower and an extra small bathroom, nicely arranged in the subtropical garden. From here you can watch the surrounding land and the road from Conil to the harbour and to Roche, which is also the road leading past this villa.
The owners, who can also use the pool, are very rarely seen there.

Your own car-entrance is very spacious and passes through the palm-garden and lawn which is partially surrounded by walls made of the local natural stones. There you also find a small barbecue.

To relax you have at your disposition enough garden furniture.

Local Area Details

The distance to the sea is some 900m and to Conil about 3 KM.

Only the lower part, completely separated from the rest of the villa, will be rented out – with its own entrance for your cars and your own carport and own preciously arranged garden.
