A newly-built holiday villa, fully equipped for 4-5 people, on a quiet development which includes a large swimming pool, located just 650 metres from a fine wide beach. The site is built within a landscaped area of pine trees and sand dunes.
The size of the property is approximately 45m2 and includes a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area, a living room with settee, 1 bedroom with double bed, and a large mezzanine area which sleeps up to 3. The bathroom includes an over-bath shower. There is a separate toilet.
Outside is a patio area, with a garden table and chairs and charcoal barbecue, which is within a small, sunny, enclosed garden.
The residential part of the development is traffic-free, but the villa has a designated parking space on the perimeter.
Local Area DetailsThe villa is located some three hours from St Malo or four-and-a-half hours from Cherbourg.
The Vendee coast area is the second-most sunny region in France after the Riviera, and is especially suitable for family and cycling holidays. The terrain is flat and there are dedicated cycle paths alongside many of the roads.
Nearby attractions include fine wide beaches, a water park, quad biking, paint balling and restaurants to suit all tastes.
