Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains. This area of Turkey, the Turquoise Coast, offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of water sports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and Games/Fitness room. A short walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is under 1 hour away and it is just 20 minutes to Calis Beach.
From the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an Ottoman style. Both sitting rooms are equipped with TV/DVD/CD and also a PlayStation 2 with a large library of films music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another alfresco dining area, a BBQ and the pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground and first floor and spiral staircase are finished with local marble.
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The second floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.
The Games/Fitness Room is in a 60m2 basement with table tennis, darts, weights, punchbag and cross trainer together with a toilet/shower room and bar area. Patio doors lead out to a furnished sun terrace in the lower garden.
Local Area DetailsThe bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are excellent. The famous resort of Olu Deniz, with its sheltered Blue Lagoon and paragliding centre, is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night life. Slightly further away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach.

| The rental prices are for the whole villa for 1 week, book 6 months ahead and deduct 5%. Parties of 6 or less can stay outside the Peak season and deduct 15%. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges.
Please pay 25% with your booking and pay the balance 4 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit.
A free Welcome Pack is supplied and all linen and towels are provided and changed during the weekly villa clean. The pool and gardens are maintained daily and our local English speaking agent will help with any of your requirements. |
