There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 twins and a double, with an additional put up bed for a 7th person if required.
It is fully equipped with modern comforts, making this an ideal stress free holiday.
The pool is 9 x 6m and heated for the cooler months of April and October. There is a surrounding terrace and sunloungers. The trees surrounding the back of the property and pool area mean it is very private.
Lots of garden space with electronic entry gates.
There is a seperate downstairs utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Local Area DetailsThe property is near many medieval bastide towns, such as Issigeac which has an excellent Sunday market all year round.
Bergerac is only 20kms. This has all amenities, as well as museums and access to the river Dordogne, where you can go canoeing.
There is an excellent golf course at Chateaux Vigiers, approximately 20kms.
Wine tasting and buying are available at nearby Chateaux.
