Relax in a peaceful house surrounded by a large garden in the rural normandy countryside, yet only 25mins from Caen. Aunay- sur- Odon 5miles. Thury Harcourt 6 miles. The sea and ferry port about 40mins.
Ground floor has an entrance hall large beamed sittingroom/ dining with double french windows opening onto a large sun terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with all amenites. showroom and toilet.
The first floor has one large and one small double bedroom with a family bathroom. Steep stairs lead to the beamed attic with two further twin bedded rooms.
Change-over day is Saturday
Local Area DetailsThere is an aquatic centre and tennis courts in Thury-Harcourt. Canoeing and Kyaking at Clecy. Horse riding locally. For model rail enthusiasts there is one of the largest at Clecy. Golf at Omaha Beech. 1/2 hr drive takes you to the Swiss Normand and falaise with breathtaking scenery. All around us are wonderful walks.
