In the main area of the apartment you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs lounge area which is equipped with 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table, TV.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
Bathroom with Bath, shower, WC, Bidet and wash hand basin.
Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps.
The Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp.
Front porch with table and chairs and has views of the golf course, plaines and mountain. Communal Pool, Less than 5 minutes walk from this apartment.
Within 25 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and La Finca Golf Courses.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
Located in Benidorm, which is a 55-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.

The Apartment is situated on the Buena Vista Urbanization in Cuidad Quesada, 5 minutes from Large Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The Old town of Quesada and Rojales are 5 minutes by car. Here you will find numerous bars and restaurants, Spanish, Irish, Chinese, Italian and English were you can get typical English breakfasts. Eating out is very good value in Spain
The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 mins drive with its 9 mile long sandy beach, excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet skiing etc at the Marinas nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc, and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes and sandy beaches, and the large Queen Sofia Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens were you will find an abundance of terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks roaming around the beautifully landscaped gardens and ponds.
There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year, and daily markets.
The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure attractions and is situated on the edge of The Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.
Torrevieja town and open markets are open every day during the summer months. They are an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife on the salt lakes, and the area is the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to the salt lakes.
