Our holiday home is an ideal base for an exciting and fun filled holiday and can be yours to rent for much less than the cost of cramped hotel rooms. In addition, unlike a hotel, our home provides a peaceful escape, where the whole family can enjoy privacy, space and luxury, including their very own swimming pool.

The property provides elegant, spacious, fully air conditioned, open plan living for 8 people (10 with sofa bed in the lounge). The single storey accommodation comprises: living room, formal dining area, family room, casual meals area, kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, separate laundry and double garage.

The pool is larger than most and is not overlooked at all. A large covered area provides shade for those that don’t like too much sun and a lovely place to spend many balmy evenings outdoors.
All the main living areas and the master bedroom overlook the private pool. Whether relaxing in the living room or family room, eating breakfast in the casual meals area or preparing food in the kitchen, keeping an eye on young children enjoying themselves in the water is very easy. The home is luxuriously furnished throughout. Deep pile carpet is a standard feature throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas. Ceramic tile flooring is fitted in entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms.

The lounge has TV + video, further TV’s are in the master bedrooms. Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and a further bathroom is shared by the two twin bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a waste disposal unit. All cutlery, crockery and linen are provided. A payphone is also provided for the use of guests -local calls are free.

We have taken great care to furnish, equip and decorate our home to a high standard to make our own Florida holidays special. We are confident that our home could make your holiday special too.
Within our residential community are tennis courts, a large outdoor swimming pool and a children's playground - all available free of charge for the use of renting guests. Plenty of restaurants, of every variety and price are within 10 minutes driving distance. Two excellent shopping centres, each with a 24 hour supermarket are within easy reach - including Fast Food, Pharmacy, Post Office, Hairdressing and much much more.

Local Area Details

Our home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, located in a quality residential community and ideally placed for easy access – only 15 min drive to all the main Disney attractions, including Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Water Parks. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild are also within easy reach.

For extra thrills Busch Gardens theme park near Tampa is roughly an an hours drive away.

The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is a comfortable 75 minutes drive from the villa, and those wishing to travel further a field can visit the Gulf Coast beaches and Everglades National Park.

For the discerning shopper the Florida Mall and many Factory Outlet Shops are easily accessible.

Upon booking confirmation you will receive full joining directions from your chosen airport. Orlando and Sanford International Airports are within 35 and 60 minutes drive respectively.
