Casadelaida is a traditional Andalusian farmhouse and a barn, built in 1911. The farmhouse has two fully independent floors. It is sited in the foothills of the Natural Park Sierra Nevada, but only 15 minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace and Albayzin in Granada. This 8000sqm property is located in the old town Monachil with an easy access to the sky station in Sierra Nevada (20 minutes by car). Also, the beach is 45 minutes away from the town. The property has a 10x4 meters pool and is packed with fruit trees (for example cherry, apple, almond, olive, and plum trees). The farmhouse and the barn are surrounded by the orchard and a centennial poplar grove.
