This is a tastefully and sympathetically restored 16th century longere, and The Beams is one part of three houses in this lovely holiday hamlet near Buleon. There are five bedrooms - one family room with double bed and pine bunk beds; and a further double room downstairs and two double rooms and one twin room, again with lovely pine beds. Upstairs there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and basin.
Downstairs there is a further family shower-room with toilet and sink. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and gas hob with electric oven. The washing machine is in the laundry room at the side of the property. The lounge has ample seating and a music centre.
Outside you have your own private terrace/patio with garden furniture and large shared garden and a wonderful heated swimming pool, 40x20 ft, with child's splash area, which is shared with the other two cottages. Just over the meadow there is free fishing at the trout lake; so eat for free!

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
