Manor House in Languidic private pool and free horse-riding
10% discount for fortnight bookings.
The owners of this house will allow children from the age of three and adults to ride their many horses. Also one free therapeutic full body massage is on offer per reservation (you may need this after the horse riding!) Other massage sessions may booked and paid for on site. (see below)
With private garden and above ground 5 x 10 metre pool. The house dates back to the 18th century, sleeps 16 in six bedrooms: three doubles, two triple (singles) bedrooms and one quadruple (singles) on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms and one shower-room
Downstairs there is a large comfortable, open plan living room with stone fireplace with wood burning stove, television and video, comfortable leather sofas, and spacious dining area with large country table and ample seating and door leading to the south facing patio area furnished with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The house is centrally heated.
Outside you will find the huge garden and horses and ponies in the meadow beyond. Large patio area with BBQ. The pool is available from May - September.
Local Area DetailsOnly a five minute drive to the River Blavet, which has some beautiful walks along the towpath which is also attractive to cyclists. Situated just a few minute's drive from the town of Languidic which has the full compliment of shops, restaurants, bars, and a large supermarket. Beaches and all activities are all within 15 to 20 minute's drive away.
For those who would like it there is a cleaning service available on request.
Beauty Institute: one free massage per person per booking - also available on appointment: waxing, facials, manicure, pedicure, make-up, body care, Different massage techniques available: Californian, Ayurvédique traditional, lymphatic drainage and reflexology.

| FOR INFORMATION SEND US ALWAYS AN EMAIL, WE ARE 24 OURS ON LINE. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
