Property Details
A light and spacious three bedroom house equipped for 6 guests and one, or even two baby cots.
The dining/sitting room is equipped with leather reclining sofas and French doors leading to the sun terrace where a BBQ and outdoor seating is provided
A television and video player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available.
The dining table will seat six and a high chair is provided.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and allows the ‘chef’ to remain part of the party whilst preparing all those culinary delights! All china and glass, cooking utensils etc., are supplied.
One twin bedroom and one shower room/bathroom is located on the ground floor.
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom (with cot) and a family bathroom is located on the first floor.
In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque pit and private sitting out area for the larger gîtes. The pool has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings. Each cottage has their own garden space with picnic bench or garden furniture.
The gîtes are all fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The bedrooms have linen provided which is changed weekly. The kitchens include fridges, cookers, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers (not The Nest), cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms in the multi-bedroom gîtes which have baths, showers, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages.
Local Area DetailsFor those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule piste to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk from the complex.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
