The apartment is located in the rural village of Orokolini with a mountain backdrop. Furnished with a double bed, two single beds and a double bed settee the apartment can sleep six people easily. There is an en-suite to the main bedroom with a master bathroom, A large covered balcony provides for outside dining in any weather, and can seat eight people or more. There is a balcony accessed from one bedroom with mountain views and bathing in the sun all day.
Kitchen well equipped with oven hob extractor, fridge, cooking utensils, tea cloths, crockery for eight, toaster, kettle, even a corkscrew for the main ingredients, Cyprus wine!
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and well positioned electric points. Split system, warm and cold, air conditioning available for small extra cost depends on season. Hot water is supplied by solar power backed up by immersion heater.
Bathroom has fitted vanity unit, bath with shower over and toilet.
En-suite has shower, basin and toilet.
Lift access from covered parking area.
Communal pool with gardens and sunbathing area


Local Area Details

The village is 15 minutes drive by taxi, about CY£12 from the airport. The clean tourist beach with showers, toilets and restaurants is 2 klms drive.
The village is a good mixture of friendly local Cypriots and ex-pats providing for an excellent social scene in the many taverns available a short walk away.
