In a prime front-line Pine Walk location, situated between our Jacinda and Susanna apartments. With views of the bay of Pollensa from the front and mountain views from the rear these central apartments are ideally located for the beach and the many shops and restaurants nearby. The Vidal apartments are part of a traditional building, typical of the style along this glorious stretch of beach.
The building contains just 3 apartments, our two plus the owners who live on the ground floor. The 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor is all on one level with a double and two twin bedrooms. The access stairs lead to a rear terrace which opens into the hall and lounge/diner which is well-furnished in dark wood and very light and airy. From here patio doors lead out to the furnished terrace from where you can enjoy lovely views over the bay of Pollensa. The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there a second family bathroom.
The larger 4 bedroom property is on the 2nd floor and is a duplex style. Access is via the rear terrace into the lounge/diner with the other rooms leading off from here, there are 2 twins and a double bedroom with ensuite plus a 4th bedroom (also a twin) up further stairs in the tower together with a roof terrace. There is a large balcony off the lounge with splendid sea views. Both apartments are modern and comfortable.
Superb, with the sandy beach just ten metres from the front gate.

Local Area DetailsPuerto Pollensa has become a popular destination for the discerning traveller in recent years as it has retained its unspoilt intrinsic charm and character from the days when it was a small fishing village. You'll find a wealth of locally owned bars, cafes, restaurants and shops chiefly grouped around the marina, with beautiful views across the wide, sheltered bay. There is a long, sandy beach and a pretty 'Pine Walk' stretching from the marina along the seafront to the Hotel Illa d'Or at the far north of the resort. If you like dining out you have certainly chosen the right place. The numerous restaurants serve a wide variety of local, national and international cuisine at prices to suit all pockets. Families can relax in the knowledge that children are more than welcome in most establishments. For night owls there are a couple of small nightclubs and music bars. Sporting activities include tennis, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and horse riding, plus a nine hole golf course near the Old Town of Pollensa. The Old Town town itself deserves a visit, with its narrow cobbled streets, pretty squares and old world architecture. Incidentally, the area between the old town and Puerto Pollensa is where most of our villas are to be found, and ideal country for exploring whether on bicycle or on foot, with delightful scenery and stunning views
