This is a very spacious house and grounds (over 1 acre), less than a kilometre from the pretty village of Pluméliau, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms
All bedrooms are upstairs, and comprise of one double and two twin rooms. There is also the family shower room upstairs and full bathroom with shower unit over downstairs. All towels and bedding are provided in this house.
The open plan lounge dining room and fully fitted kitchen (including microwave, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, ironing board and iron) has central heating and a log burning stove, which means this house is both bright and warm all year round.
The house is very well appointed. As well as plenty of parking and large gardens with patio furniture, sun beds and BBQ, guests can also enjoy TV, videos, books, board games, snooker/pool, table football, darts, boule, a goal post, badminton and 4 metre plunge pool.
Local Area DetailsLess than 1 kilometres from the pretty village of Pluméliau for local shopping (supermarkets, bars etc) and within walking distance of the supermarket, the house is also central to 4 local towns – Pontivy, Baud, Bubry and Locminé, each being less than 15 minutes away and all with lots to see and do. Only 5 minutes away by car is the pretty village of St Nicholas Des Eaux, where the River Blavet flows through – ideal for relaxing boat trips or walking and cycling along the towpath and has some very good restaurants too. For the more adventurous, there is Go-Carting and Horse Riding close by, whilst for beach worshippers; some of the best beaches in Brittany are less than 30 minutes away

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
