2 Beautiful Stone Cottages each Sleeping 6.
These tastefully restored cottages have everything you will need for a quiet, comfortable stay in Brittany. They each have two triple bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed) so can sleep 6 each with ease. Each bedroom has wardrobes and ample storage space.
In each, the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen is well furnished and has exposed original oak beams. The kitchens are fully fitted. The cookers are gas and there is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle etc. in each. There is also TV which can receive English programmes via a limited Sky package. Dining area with seating for six.
The family bathrooms are downstairs with double shower with toilet and basin. No bath.
Outside there is table tennis, two lots of teak garden furniture, all set in over four acres! So plenty of room to explore or find a very quiet corner for that afternoon nap in the sun or the shade, whatever takes you mood.
Local Area DetailsThe cottages are only 4 kms from the beautiful town of Rohan, with the Brest/Nantes Canal running through it, which is perfect for walking and cycling. Also nearby is Lake Guerledan with many water sports from sailing to jet-skiing, canoeing and swimming. The area is packed with wonderful restaurants, so you will not have time to try them all out.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
