This is a beautiful modern and well equipped family home with full facilities, only two minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk from the medieval city of Vannes. There are three bedrooms, one on the ground floor which would be ideal for those unable to use the stairs. The ground floor bedroom has a bed settee, wardrobe and is beside the shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms both with double beds and wardrobes. The family bathroom is off the hallway, which is light and spacious, with a bath and toilet. Therefore it can sleep 6. Downstairs the décor is beautiful, contemporary, light and modern, the lounge has TV and video, the dining table overlooks the south-facing back garden which overlooks a wood, with BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. The kitchen is modern and fitted with an electric oven, and hob, microwave, and has a further table for everyday eating. Changeover Saturday, but available only in blocks of two weeks during August
Local Area DetailsThis lovely house is in a small modern area about 2 minutes from the motorway, R165 and very close to the centre of Vannes, a two minute drive, or about 15 minute walk. The local swimming pool is only a gentle ten minute walk from the house. Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only five minutes away, you have an abundance of beaches to choose from within 20 minutes drive. One of the best beaches in Brittany, at Carnac (with its ancient megaliths), is also very close. Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, bars, restaurants, supermarkets (nearest one is only a couple of minutes by foot), and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
