In a group of three, this is the middle sized of the two, and is a well appointed house. It has a modern kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, and microwave.
The open plan lounge/dining area has a table and chairs and the lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV, video, and fireplace. Upstairs there are three modern ensuite bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and colourful bedding.
The laundry room with washing machine etc, is shared by all houses.Outside in the extensive gardens, you have your own private terrace area. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. In the middle courtyard, there is a huge swimming pool with plenty of areas to relax
Local Area DetailsSituated in the quiet southern Brittany countryside only 20 minutes drive to the beach and 6 kms from the town of Languidic. The nearest shops are in the village which has the usual supply of shops: a large Intermarché supermarket, two boulangeries, clothes shop, Tabac, banks, charcuterie, butcher, fresh fishmonger, pharmacie etc. Golf courses are quite close and also an abundance of beaches to choose within about 20 minutes drive. Also quite close, there are tennis courts to rent, canoeing and all sorts of other sporting activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie close by. This is a brilliant base to really explore this wonderful part of southern Brittany either by car, bicycle or on foot.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
