This is a recently renovated Breton Stone Cottage which sleeps 4 to 5 people, set in a quiet hamlet in a 1/4 acres with open countryside views and woodlands. The cottage is on two floors, and has benefited from recent redecoration throughout.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The large living and dining area is open plan, with exposed wooden beams and wood burning fire. There are two comfy settees, a double futon, a TV and video, bookshelves and a mini-library.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one double, one single and a twin room. There is shower room with shower, basin and toilet are on this floor as well. Each bedroom has original wooden floors, a wardrobe, and bedside table. Pillows, duvet, blankets and bed linen are provided, but you need to bring your own towels please.
Outside, the south facing garden and patio with garden furniture and BBQ area is a quiet place where you can enjoy eating and relaxing during the day and the long summer evenings.

The nearest village is Guillac, a ten minute walk away and only 6 kms distant is the market town of Ploërmel and 12 kms from Josselin with its pepper pot towered 16th century chateau set on the banks of the rive Oust and the Nantes/Brest Canal. Also within easy access to the N24 which is the express way between Rennes and Lorient. Vannes is within easy reach and St Malo is the nearest port, just over an hour away. There are local markets held on Thursdays and Saturdays and there are excellent restaurants in the area.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
