The open plan downstairs has a wood burning fire, comfy settee and two armchairs, a large dining table and chairs and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences. There is a shower room downstairs with toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double (pictured left) and one twin (pictured right) with comfortable beds. These rooms are light and tastefully decorated.
Outside there are large grounds to the front, with a private terrace and BBQ. In the communal gardens there is a competition boule court, badminton court and football goal, swimming pool and short tennis court. For your relaxation, some books and board games are provided.

Situated three miles from Pluméliau, a large town with all shops, bars and restaurants, and two miles from Moustoir Remungol in the other direction.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
