Set in a lovely group of three cottages, this detached cottage sits alone. You will have exclusive use of your own outdoor hot tub and use of the shared heated pool (8.5 x 4.5 metres approx).
This cottage is recently renovated and incorporates the ancient building with modern furniture and many of the original features remain like the exposed stone walls and huge oak beams.
In the lounge it has comfortable settees and TV & DVD player (TV receives BBC) and a wood burning stove for those autumn and winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.
Upstairs there is a family shower room and two bedrooms, one double and one single and another single on the mezzanine overlooking the main bedroom. All bed linen and personal towels are provided, just bring your pool towels.
Outside is a private back garden with the screened hot tub for five, set into a large decked seating area. This is in use free of charge until the end of September, after that weather considerations will dictate use and a supplementary charge may be made to cover the heating costs. It will not be available between October and May, as the system will be drained to protect it.
There is, new for 2006 a heated swimming pool 8.5 x 4.5 metres. Hob Tub available May - end September.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
