Beautifully Restored Stone Country Cottage with shared pool
This is a beautifully and sympathetically recently restored stone country cottage on two floors. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space with modern kitchen. The kitchen, tiled floor is well equipped with full oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. There is a comfortable seating area with patio doors leading to the back garden and a further door to the front.
On the first floor are two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin, one with shower-room and the other with bathroom.
Outside you will find lovely grounds. Wonderful views over the surrounding open countryside. BBQ, children's play area (swings set, play equipment and sand pit), boule court and garden furniture also available. The 12 x 5 metre heated swimming pool is fully enclosed and there is also a large kiddies splash pool. The outdoor facilities are shared with two other cottages. Communal laundry room.
Local Area DetailsOnly a few minutes drive from Quistinic, a good sized village with the usual compliment of small shops and bars. Also 30 minutes to the clean and sandy southern Brittany beaches. There are many golf courses in the area and so many historical sites to visit you won't have time to see them all in one holiday. Also close by is the Poul Fetan - the village of other times, which is a recreation of how past life in Brittany operated with locals in traditional costume going about their daily life as it would have been in centuries past. A good day out and educational too.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
