Tropicana Park is a private urbanisation with the bungalows placed around the central swimming pool. The urbanisation has a beautiful palm tree garden all around.

The bungalow has its main view on the swimming pool and garden.

Tropicana Park is ideally situated:
- quiet area
- very close to the white beach of La Marineta Casiana, and the rock beach a bit further on
- close to the yacht harbour
- at walking distance from the town centre of Denia
- supermarkets and restaurants close to the urbanisation

Very positive reactions from people staying at our place! Tropicana Park and Denia IS really a nice place, but beside that we also try to do our best to please our visitors. (See also our guestbook on our website).

Local Area Details

Denia is famous for its white beaches (20 km long), but also for its protected rock-beaches on the other side (Las Rotas). It also has a rich gastronomy, with plenty of sea-food and paella type of dishes.

Denia is a touristical place on the Costa Blanca, but has never wanted to invest in mass-tourism like Benidorm or other places. e.g. Tall buildings are still not allowed in Denia.
Plenty of activities in the area. Beautiful walks, either along the beaches, either on the closeby mountain, el Montgó, a protected natural park with stunning views. (The highest mountain in Spain that close to the sea by the way.)

Denia is situated in La Marina Alta, an area at the Costa Blanca with particular soft climate all year around, protected by the mountain chains.

There is also a direct ferry to the Balearic islands (Ibiza etc.), as the town is situated on the closest point of the mainland towards the islands. Ideally for a day-excursion.
