Property Details
This is the smallest house in the group with one bedroom but also has a sofa bed to allow up to 4 visitors. The house has an open plan downstairs with ample room for you to enjoy your holiday. A BBQ and sitting out area comes with the facilities and is positioned in a quiet corner of the garden.
The open plan lounge kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. All china, glassware and cookware is provided.
A television and DVD player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower wash basin and toilet.
The bedroom has a double bed and a cot can be placed on the spacious landing outside the bedroom door.
The gîtes are all fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The bedrooms have linen provided which is changed weekly. The kitchens include fridges, cookers, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers (not The Nest), cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms in the multi-bedroom gîtes which have baths, showers, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages.
Local Area DetailsFor those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule court to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk from the complex.
In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque pit and private sitting out area for the larger gîtes. The pool has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings. Each cottage has their own garden space with picnic bench or garden furniture

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
